Celebrate Black History Month at RCPL with several events that honor the history and culture of African-Americans. Some of the many programs include: a performance by Irmo High School’s Gospel Choir; a discussion on Robert Smalls by historian Donald Sweeper; and a performance by jazz musician and RCPL Literary Resident Eboniramm.
